Champs!

Since starting this blog - It's My Mind in 2005 - the White Sox, Black Hawks and Cubs have won world championships in their respective sports. In fact with the exception of the White Sox - who at the time of their victory only got a mention in passing on the blog - the Hawks and Cubs received a spot in the sidebar marking their respective victories.

Below will be images that represents their respective titles. With their championship clinching records!'

NOTEPAGE IS A WORK IN PROGRESS!

The Chicago White Sox won the 2005 World Series after sweeping the Houston Astros. Their first title since 1917.

The Chicago Black Hawks won the Stanley Cup in 2010 defeating the Philadelphia Flyers in six games. The first Stanley Cup for Chicago since 1961.

The Chicago Black Hawks again won the Stanley Cup in 2013 defeating the Boston Bruins in six games

The Chicago Black Hawks cement their dynasty in the teens winning the Stanley Cup in 2015 defeating the Tampa Lightning in six games.
After 108 years the Chicago Cubs won another world series defeating the Cleveland Indians in seven games.
Not to take a swipe at the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears but unfortunately neither team has done much since I started this blog. The Bulls have made the playoffs occasionally. The Bears on the other hand in 2007 made it to Super Bowl XLI where they lost to the Indianapolis Colts.

The Bulls' last NBA Championship was in 1998 and the Bears' was back in 1986 at Super Bowl XX. That Super Bowl winning team for the Bears is often a beloved team for the city.
